Once upon a time, there were 2 friends. They were traveling by train. The weather was too hot. The train stopped for the break. However, nobody went out because of the hot weather except these 2 friends. They went out to take the ice from the huge refrigerator. They entered the refrigerator and suddenly the door of it was closed. They couldn’t open it because inside of refrigerator had frozen. They began screaming, but nobody heard their voice. One of them began crying. He always said that “we will die here”. Another friend tried to be more positive and console his friend. However, probably after one hour he also began to think like his friend because his friend affected him. Then they called the police. They had died, when the police reached there. However, everybody was shocked because the refrigerator didn’t work. How could they freeze?
It means that everything begins in our mind. If you say yourselves that you are well even when you have high temperature, you’ll feel better soon. However, if you say yourselves that you are sick even when you aren’t sick, you’ll feel sick. Everything is a yield of our mind. Keep yourselves in a good mood if you want indeed to be in a good mood.
