Helen Keller
Biography of Helen Keller is a story of a child who lost ability to hear and vision at the age of 20 months. She grew up in the intellignt family. Her parents were not disabled. Helen's illness which left her deaf and blind was a scarlet fever. She had a little imagination about the world because she caught this illness before she  could speak. Regardless of her disability, she was an American author, lecturer, and political activist. Hellen was a first deafblind who earned a Bachelor of Arts  degree. But how could deafblind girl achieve this success? Thanks to her teacher- MIss Sullivan- she achieved this fame. She began teach Hellen by speeling the words into her hand. She hoped to teache her toconnect objects with letters. However, at the beginnig, Hellen did not know if she pronouced words correctly, but in the following days she learned a lot of words and their correct pronuncation in uncomprehending way. When Hellen was a child, she said," Someday I shall go to college." She entered in the Cambridge School for Young Ladies to prepare for Radcliffe College in 1898. IN 1900 she entered this college and received her bachelor of arts degree with honors in1904. Throughtout these days her teacher were always with her till Hellen's death. After graduating she continued to study. She was also Honorary Fellow of the Educational Institute of Scotland. When she married in 1905 to John Macy, both wife and husbund spend a lot of time to help Hellen to study and do another activities. Till her death Helen Keller contunied to work and study, also, she published her stories in newspapers. Helen Keller died on 1 June in 1968, a few weeks before her 88th birthday.
She is one of the disabled people who achieve, in my view, everything in her life regardless of her disability. I think that she achieved it just beacuse of her persitance and because she did not perceived herself as a disabled person. It is a good charachter. In my opinion, disabled person is  a person like we only with some problems  in their life. Helen Keller is one of the happiest people in the world. I think that some disabled people are much happier than some healthy people. the main point is never give up and always believe yourself.

If you noticed disabled people achieve many things regardless of difficulties. I would say she had a strong personality, and strong desire to achieve. Great!
